We are proud to carry a wide range of the highest quality soils to fit all of your landscaping needs. The products listed below are available in Bulk (CuYd), Pre-Bagged (1 CuFt bags), and 1 CuYd Totes.
Gro-Max™
Gro-Max ™ Premium Garden Soil is formulated for maximal root growth with a blend of compost, aged bark fines, peat, sand and native topsoil. It is balanced for pH, water holding capacity and air porosity. Great for topping up your gardens!
Gro-Turf™
Gro-Turf™ Premium Topdressing is formulated for maximal root growth with a blend of compost, aged bark, peat, sand and sandy loam. It is balanced for pH, water holding capacity and air porosity.
Arnts' Triplemix Supreme
Excellent blend of sandy loam, aged mushroom compost, peatloam and composted pine mulch fines. A medium density soil used primarily for gardens. Not recommended for spreading on lawns
Topdressing
Topdressing is a fine blend of sandy loam, compost and aged bark fines used for topdressing lawns and amending existing gardens. Once grass is established, topdressing is the only way to properly replenish the lawn’s soil.
Screened Topsoil
This material is used for grading and backfilling, as well as a 2″ minimum base for sodding. We screen and test the soil for quality but do not add any nutrients.
Live™ Mulch
Soil amendment or mulch for gardens; improves aeration and water retaining capacity. Low pH compost ranging from 6.0 to 7.0. Not available in bags.
Premium 1/4" Compost
Durham Premium 1/4″ Compost is derived from leaf, yard and food waste. A high quality excellent alternative to peatmoss, compost is high in microbial activity. Not available in bags.
Peatloam (Screened)
Peatloam is an attractive dark black loam from peat bogs/ponds. It helps retain moisture and is used as an aesthetic topping for garden beds. It has a low pH level but does not add any growing value to existing soil. Not available in Bag Your Own.
Aged Mushroom Compost
Chicken manure mixed with peatmoss that has been composted (aged) with straw at local mushroom farms. Add this material to existing garden beds as a natural fertilizer.
Screened Soil For Grading and Filling
Plain soil that has been screened for debris from clean fill; can be used to backfill larger areas. This soil is untested. Only available in Bulk.
